История

 История Научного информационного центра начинается с Института развития общественного здравоохранения (Москва, Россия), созданного в 2007 г. в форме автономной некоммерческой научно-исследовательской организации. Основными видами деятельности являются: исследования в области организации и экономики здравоохранения и фармации, медицинские информационные технологии, реализация научных информационно-образовательных и просветительских программ. На базе Института развития общественного здравоохранения в 2009 г. впервые в России основан Научный информационный центр (НИЦ) по профилактике и лечению вирусных инфекций (www.virinfo.ru). 

C 2012 г. НИЦ функционирует как независимое агентство и осуществляет экспертизу в области здравоохранения, фармацевтики, социально-значимых заболеваний и медицинских технологий, включая фармакоэкономику и экономику здравоохранения.
Целевые аудитории НИЦ - врачи, пациенты, СМИ, представители органов законодательной и исполнительной власти. Целевые нозологии - это вирусные гепатиты, ВИЧ-инфекция, ОРВИ, грипп, герпес-вирусные инфекции, папилломавирусные инфекции. Таким образом, НИЦ ориентирован на распространенные и социально-значимые инфекции и реализацию инновационных инвестиционно-консалтинговых проектов в сфере оказания высокотехнологичной медицинской помощи. Основа успеха НИЦ - твердая уверенность в своей социальной значимости и своевременности появления в информационном пространстве клинической вирусологии. Объединение усилий врачей-специалистов - инфекционистов, эпидемиологов, вирусологов, иммунологов-аллергологов, гастроэнтерологов-гепатологов, дерматологов и врачей общей практики (терапевтов) особенно необходимо в период реформ и преобразований в экономике России - и мы переходим от выявления проблем системы здравоохранения к ее постепенному и динамичному развитию.

History of Scientific Information Center start from «Institute of Public Healthcare Development» was established in 2007 by a decision of the Russian National Congress of Physicians in the form of autonomous non-profit organization.

The purpose of the establishment and operation of the Institute is to promote health research in the field of public health, economics and health management, developing and implementing the results of research on the scientific foundations of health care.

Subject of the Institute is to:

-> a theoretical and experimental research in the field of health, science and the introduction of its results in practice in order to improve the quality of health care;
-> organization, management, management, marketing of health;
economy of health;
-> In carrying out its activities the Institute has the following objectives:

-> Networking among key stakeholders at all levels of the health system and society as a whole;

-> A situational analysis to assess the level of health development, taking into account the socio-economic, tender, ethnic and geographical factors, as well as search for strategic approaches to solving problems;
-> Analysis of existing activities, resources and capabilities, strengths and weaknesses, as well as the existing capabilities of modern health care;
-> Development targets and indicators to guide the analysis of the effectiveness of interventions on health system development;
-> Other tasks in the field of health and health of citizens.
